Welcome to Golden View Beach Hotel
Please read the following rules and regulations, which are obligatory for all our guests.
We reserve the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
Check-in time is at 15:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
Front desk is open 24 hours a day.
The accounting department is open from 08:30 a.m. till 21:00 p.m. For pending
issues with the accounting department, please arrive before the stated departure
time in order to avoid overcrowding.
Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception. When you leave the room, please take your key card from the keyholder for safety reasons. Guests are required to hand over their key cards to the receptionist upon departure. Guests are required to pay the fee of 5 EUR if they misplace or fail to return the key card.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document on their check-in.
From 15:00 p.m. to 17:30 p.m. and 23:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. are the times of peace.
We invite all guests to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can
disturb other guests. Disturbing other guests is not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to the guest who disturbs other guests or in other ways disrespects house rules.
We assume that the guests are familiarized and fully understand the hotel rules at the beginning of their stay in our hotel. For your convenience, we have provided a safe deposit box located in the wardrobe in your room.
The hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to inform the front desk immediately.
All rooms have air conditioning. Please do not use the air conditioner if windows or doors are open.
The hotel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the hotel is obliged to charge the penalty according to Greek law.
Wi-Fi internet is free and available in the entire hotel. The password is provided at the reception and on your key card folder.
Linen is changed every second day. It is not allowed to take out the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels) from the hotel.
In all guest rooms, a DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. The hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to safety and security reasons.
Hotel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hotel.
It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel.
It is not allowed to consume food and beverages other than those listed on the menu in all areas of the hotel, including the swimming pool and the beach.
It is not permitted to use irons, hot plates, electric heaters, or any other devices in your rooms.
Half-day use is until 18:00 p.m. (dependent on availability).
If, during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform reception 24 hours prior to departure. Otherwise, a full night's stay will be charged or half the cost of your rest reservation.
Inviting visitors into the guest rooms to use the facilities or amenities of the hotel is prohibited.
For security reasons, visitors must register at reception before entering the areas of the hotel. Visits are allowed until 20:00 p.m., and in case of an extended visit (after 20:00 p.m.), the hotel will charge an additional amount of 15 euros, including VAT, per person per night as a supplement for the next guest.
No guest is allowed to give their room to be used by a third person, even if the room has been duly paid for.
Gambling or any other antisocial behavior in the hallways or guest rooms is not allowed.
For any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property, the guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the hotel.
The use of the lobby as an office is not allowed. Upon leaving their rooms, guests must close and lock the doors.
The hotel keeps the right to require a guarantee for extra expenses during the reservation process or at check-in. Payment guarantee is required. In case of a long stay, the services are to be paid on a weekly basis.
All departures after 12:00 p.m. will be considered late departures, and an additional cost of 20 EUR per hour will be applied to the guest’s hotel account. If departure is after 18:00 p.m., an extra night will be charged. Please check for details with reception.
Bills must be settled by cash or valid credit card.
Guests wishing to check out later than 12:00 p.m. or extend their stay on the original departure day are kindly requested to ask for permission from our reception before 10:00 a.m. (depending on room availability).
In case of cancellation of further guest stay by the hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of hotel rules, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full length of stay as per the reservation.
Up to 21 days before arrival: no cancellation fees Between 21 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation. 14 days or less before arrival, no-shows and cut-short stays: 100% of the total reservation, unless there is a different reservation policy.
Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. The hotel will store such items for 15 days.
The guests can use the swimming pool from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. Children must be supervised by adults; no deep diving is allowed. Before entering the swimming pool, please use the shower.
The beach in front belongs to the hotel; sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge for the guests of the hotel.
In an effort to ensure all guests' enjoyment of the beach, please note that towels and personal items placed on sunbeds do not reserve them.
When you leave the beach, we kindly request that you take all items with you. Otherwise the staff will remove them.
